Section 56
Create and enforce a code of conduct

(1) The council shall make and implement a code of conduct regarding matters to be followed by the council, committee, association, association officials and council employees, players, coaches, game managers, referees and game organizers.
(2) It shall be the duty of all concerned to comply with the code of conduct as per sub-section (1).
